The hotel had a lovely view of the mountains which was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, particularly their lunch and dinner options. The hotel was located close to many tourist spots which was convenient for our sightseeing plans.
Sadly, our stay wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped. The hotel staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, which made it hard for us to enjoy ourselves.

Convenient location near a bus stop, so it's easy to get around. The staff here were really friendly and the food was great. The room was a good size and just right for me. 🚌

The best part of our romantic escape was the breathtaking view of the mountains from our spacious room. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the location was perfect for us as it was close to popular tourist spots and offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. the breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasted delicious.

Guests can easily take a leisurely walk to the nearby Mall Road, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. the rooms are spacious and clean, with wooden interiors adding a touch of elegance. the breathtaking view of the snowy mountains from the balcony is truly mesmerizing. the staff is polite, supportive, and provides excellent hospitality throughout the stay.
The variety of options in the buffet breakfast could be improved.
